What makes coffee from Marcala special?
A
Here in Honduras, there are many micro-climates. Marcala is a region known for its coffee production, boasting the first "protected origin denomination" for coffee. (Similar to the French Domaine du Champagne.) The soils here are rich in nutrient earth and unspoiled as things are done here the same way for hundreds of years. Our coffee is truly made by hand.
